Carroll Cafe is delighted to announce that we will again be bringing terrific roots music to the community. Our first concert will be October 13th, 2023 and will feature one of our favorite performers, the inimitable Phil Wiggins. Phil will be performing with Hubby Jenkins, formerly of The Carolina Chocolate Drops!!!
